• Local models, measured: two DGX Sparks' worth of gate reports, benchmarks and one unexplained drift, turned into a series of articles that starts in October.
• The house as a platform: Home Assistant now runs the rooms, the lights, the rack UPS and a grow room, and the Proxmox hosts behind it are getting the unglamorous work of backups and reboot tests.
• Agents that ask first: an iMessage approval channel for my home agent platform, and writing down what a month under a classifier-gated coding agent actually felt like.
